Free Workshops and Masterclasses

We regularly run free workshops and masterclasses advertised to the general public. To gain access to the classes, you are required to first register by providing your first name and email address. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

All of our workshops are hosted by Zoom and will be recorded. All participants are muted by default with all cameras automatically turned off. If you wish to unmute yourself and speak in order to get free advise from us, that is completely up to you.

Upon joining the call, Zoom will automatically notify you with an audible announcement that the session is being recorded. You have the option to leave the workshop at any time if you do not want to be part of the live workshop, training or masterclass.

We have full and total copyright to all of our recorded sessions, workshops and trainings.

By voluntarily turning on your camera and/or unmuting yourself to speak, you are agreeing to be filmed and recorded.

All free workshops, trainings and masterclasses will be uploaded to our YouTube channel – https://www.youtube.com/@JoyRowlandx/videos

Terms and Conditions for Joy Rowland Coaching High-Level Mastermind

Welcome to the Joy Rowland Coaching Mastermind Program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between Joy Rowland Coaching and its clients. Please read them carefully before committing to the program.

By enrolling in the High-Level Mastermind program provided by Joy Rowland Coaching, you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

By joining the High-Level Mastermind program, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once you are accepted into the program and payment is made, no refunds, whether partial or full, will be provided for any reason. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, or perceived lack of results.

 

2. Program Guarantee

Joy Rowland Coaching guarantees that we will provide training and guidance as promised in the recorded Zoom sales call we had before you joined. This is the core promise of our mastermind program. Should you not achieve this result, we will continue working with you for free until you do, provided that:

  • You have implemented and executed the strategies taught in the program.
  • You attend all live coaching sessions
  • You actively engage in coaching sessions and take all necessary actions outlined by the program.
  • You consistently communicate with our team to ensure progress.

This guarantee is not a promise of financial results or specific income levels.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

As a participant in the program, the Client agrees to:

  • Fully participate in all coaching sessions and activities.
  • Complete any and all assignments in a timely manner.
  • Implement the strategies and techniques taught during the program.
  • Communicate openly with the coaching team regarding progress and challenges.

4. Participation & Conduct

To maintain a positive and productive environment, all participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally in all group discussions and interactions.
  • Commit to completing the assignments and actions outlined during the program.
  • Uphold the integrity of the mastermind community by not sharing proprietary content or strategies outside the program.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Program Access and Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the High-Level Mastermind, including but not limited to video trainings, guides, templates, and worksheets, are for the Client’s personal use only. These materials are the intellectual property of Joy Rowland Coaching and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

 

6. Use of Client Communications for Marketing Purposes

By enrolling in the High-Level Mastermind program, you grant Joy Rowland Coaching the right to use any communications, including but not limited to video recordings of group coaching sessions, testimonials, emails, and feedback, for marketing and advertising purposes. This may include sharing success stories, video snippets, or testimonials in public forums such as social media, the program website, or promotional materials. Personal information such as full names and private details will not be disclosed without your express consent.

 

7. Confidentiality

Joy Rowland Coaching respects the confidentiality of all clients. While we reserve the right to use communications for marketing purposes as outlined in section 6, we are committed to protecting sensitive business information discussed within the program and will not disclose confidential business strategies or proprietary information without the client’s explicit approval.

 

8. Program Modifications

Joy Rowland Coaching reserves the right to modify the program content, schedule, or structure at any time to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the mastermind experience. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the program.

 

9. Program Termination

Joy Rowland Coaching reserves the right to terminate a client’s participation in the program if:

  • The Client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined.
  • The Client engages in unethical, illegal, or harmful behavior toward other program participants, coaches, or staff. No refund or pro-rated refund will be given in the event of such termination.

10. Payment and Program Fees

All program fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment plan. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in removal from the program until payment is received. Access to program materials and coaching sessions will only be granted once full payment or the first installment is completed.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

While Joy Rowland Coaching provides strategies, support, and resources to help clients achieve their business goals, we do not guarantee specific financial results. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the strategies and maintaining consistent effort throughout the program.

Joy Rowland Coaching shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the High-Level Mastermind program.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Ontario Canada.

 

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Joy Rowland Coaching reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email, and continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
